Move in went smoothly! The apartment was clean and nothing was damaged. The work order that I put in was fixed quickly. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Overall a decent place to live! Great location and so much parking. I wish there was more security such as locks on the stairwells doors or cameras in the parking garage. Additionally, while the landscaping is nice there is a general lack of cleanliness outside (i.e., lots of trash on the ground and in the parking garage) that never seems to be picked up.

Love living at Chapel Hill North! The amenities are nice, the staff is super helpful, and the apartment is gorgeous. It’s exactly what we’ve needed.

I’ve enjoyed living here for the past few years. Very quiet but friendly community. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to resolve issues. Leasing consultants are very friendly and helpful.

Chapel Hill North has been an ideal place to call home! Here are just a few reasons why. Perfect location. Close to downtown Chapel Hill yet right off I-40 for fast and easy access to the Triangle and Hillsborough. Plus, I can walk to my Harris Teeter grocery store which also houses my pharmacy. What could be more convenient than that?! Top-notch staff. Attentive and responsive from the leasing team to maintenance. It's so important to feel safe and secure. Also, resident socials are well planned and executed. Luxury living. Stylish and modern floor plans, decor and amenities abound. How nice to have a fitness room, common area and office only steps away.

Staff is responsive and it’s a very nice community with lots of amenities. The units are very spacious with quality appliances. I love my closet space, too!

Very clean and beautiful apartment complex with a wide array of amenities. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and timely in response to concerns and resident needs. They go above and beyond to run community events and to make everyone feel welcomed!
